anniston at 3 and 6 months

Anniston just gets sweeter every time I see her!  I just adore her big blue eyes and full cheeks!  Nothing is cuter on a baby :)

And three months later, she has the same gorgeous eyes and many more expressions!  She was also very curious, taking in everything that was going on around her :)

Such a doll!  Looking forward to her 9 month session very soon!

merry christmas eve

At our house, Christmas time is full of tradition.  I grew up that way and enjoy doing the same with my own kids...Tim is catching on ;)  I think the kids enjoy it too because if I forget something in the "routine" they are sure to remind me!

I plan to give a family Christmas post, full of our favorite traditions, sometime in the next couple of weeks.  But for now, I'm enjoying the tradition of making memories and missing the way some of our traditions have passed along with those dear to us who made them special.

Something new this year we did was take the Polar Express ride from Connersville, Indiana!  Here the kids are in their jammies getting their jingle bell from Santa :)  May you all have a wonderful Christmas Eve complete with visions of sugarplums and all the traditions that make your holiday special.

madison is sixteen...going on seventeen | indiana portrait photographer

Such a sweet girl, meet Madison :)  Her mom told me she was a bit nervous for her session, but the photographs sure don't show it!  Madison was full of giggles as we walked around town (I'm fairly certain that most of the time she was laughing AT me!).

Oh, those gorgeous eyes!!!

Madison was close to her 17th birthday at the time of this session, but it's hard to keep up with such a busy girl...and not to mention soccer star!

Oh, Madison, if you only realized how much the camera loves you!  Thanks for trusting me and for the good story I now tell, warning about standing too close to dog fences ;)

zan | indiana senior photographer

Meet the beautiful Zan.  I have to say this is one of my most unique senior sessions as all of the locations were hand picked by Zan and her mom.  They knew the look they desired to go with Zan's sophisticated styling and amazing dresses...I think they nailed both perfectly :)

Zan is a swimmer and knew she wanted some images with water... but nothing traditional and no bathing suits ;)  I love the above image on the right...I wish my back and arms looked like hers!

Zan, thank you for a most memorable afternoon.  You are such a beauty, inside and out.  I know next year will bring big changes for're going to do so well, just wait :)

Oh, and my kids say hello and want to know when you're coming over again;)  Have a great Christmas Break!!!!
